Before you order

We advise you to check in advance whether your new furniture can actually be placed in the desired living space and fits in the desired location. Therefore, always check this before placing the order.

If the ordered furniture(s) does not fit, the buyer is fully responsible for all consequences.

Delivery in The Netherlands

Free shipping

Free shipping in the Netherlands only applies if delivery can be offered by parcel service, the delivery address is on the ground floor, or if the furniture can be delivered to the relevant floor with an existing elevator. If there is an elevator on site, you are responsible for checking whether the product fits in the elevator with the permitted weight. If this is not the case upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all consequences. If you have any questions please contact our customer service info@ruhstudio.com If there is a delivery that requires a crane to be hired or if we have to deliver to a place that is difficult to reach (e.g. the Wadden Islands), the customer will be responsible for these additional costs. We will contact you about this and if you have any questions regarding this point please contact our customer service.

If there is a pre-order, we will use the date indicated at the time of ordering.

Delivery time Furniture and Couture

The expected delivery time is indicated on the product page of each piece of furniture. This is a global delivery time, because it is linked to a production and transport system. We cannot rule out possible delays during transport. After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation. Your order number is stated on this order confirmation. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact our customer service using this number.

 

If you have ordered multiple pieces of furniture at the same time and they have different delivery times, the piece of furniture with the longest delivery time will determine when your order will be delivered. Would you rather have the order delivered separately or later? No problem, please feel free to contact us with your order number.

When your order has been delivered in the Netherlands, we will contact you to schedule an appointment for delivery. This happens no later than one week before delivery to the specified delivery address.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Greece, Croatia, Norway, Portugal, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Bosnia, Estonia, Finland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Turkey, Sweden, Denmark, France, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Switzerland.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ruh studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
